Marc Kirby

Hi there! I'm here to support you so that you can make the most of yourself and the situations you find yourself in, and be who you want to be (you are that person already, you 'just' need to bring it out). My trainings are for those who wish to better understand and manage their emotions and be emotionally intelligent; to prevent and manage stress and anxiety; to be resilient and to cope with pressure and prevent challenge becoming adversity. I believe that we all have it within ourselves to discover/re-discover how to be resourceful and resilient, and live our best lives. Life gets in the way sometimes, and we can get in our own way too, thinking and behaving in unhelpful ways, and experiencing unpleasant emotions that prevent us being who we are/want to be. That’s where this training comes in. I am highly qualified and experienced, having been involved in developing people for over 35 years. I have extensive experience working with groups and individuals, both in the public and private sectors, including with large and smaller organisations, tech companies, banks, central and local government, the police and the NHS, amongst others. It would be great to have you along on one of my courses.
